What materials are the products made of?
All main frames are made of natural solid wood (pine, rubberwood, etc.) with an eco-friendly finish — no irritating odors, safe for both cats and family.
How much weight can wall-mounted products hold?
When properly installed on a load-bearing or solid brick wall, our wall-mounted products reliably support an adult cat’s daily running and jumping. Please use the included expansion screws and avoid hollow drywall.
Is installation complicated?
Each product comes with a detailed manual and all hardware — common household tools are enough. If you need help, our design & installation service is available.
Can the hammock fabric be washed?
Yes. The hammock fabric is detachable and supports hand wash or gentle machine wash. Air drying is recommended.
What is your return policy?
Within 7 days of delivery, products that are uninstalled, unused and in original packaging can be returned or exchanged, no questions asked (custom items excluded). For quality issues, we cover round-trip shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
In-stock items ship within 48 hours; custom items take about 7–15 days. Large items ship by freight — please keep your phone reachable to schedule delivery.
